The idea being: I can come here, enter my expenses from the bag of receipts I have each month. Once the month is completed and I have entered everything from that month, I select "print" and it formats it all so nicely nicely and I send it off to "my people" who are in a high rise over there in "Encino" or "Encion" as it's usally typed.
